Website vs. Download Apps
Website (hlsdownloader.com). We may use analytics on the website for operations and product improvement, including Microsoft Clarity and Plausible. These tools help us understand how visitors use our pages. They do not receive your OnlyFans account credentials or the media you download with OFDownloader.
Chrome extension & desktop app (Windows / macOS). The extension and desktop client do not include website analytics. Account credentials and download media are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for storage.
Your responsibility. Only download content you have legitimate access to. Do not send passwords, session cookies, or private media to support unless we explicitly ask for diagnostic material.
This Privacy Policy describes how OFDownloader (by SaveMyDayApp) and its affiliates ("OFDownloader," "we," "our" or "us") collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of our websites (including hlsdownloader.com), services, and applications (collectively, the "Services").
We may collect and receive information from your use of the Services, information you send us directly (for example support email), and from third-party service providers that help us operate the website or process desktop subscription payments.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide
Payment information (desktop app). Desktop subscriptions are processed by Stripe inside the app. Card and billing details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. We may receive limited subscriber metadata from Stripe (for example plan status) to provide support.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive your email address, message contents, and attachments you choose to send. We do not require website registration to download or use the Chrome extension or desktop app.
Information collected when you use our services
Cookies and tracking (website only). On hlsdownloader.com, we may gather certain information automatically (for example IP address, browser type, referring pages, and clickstream data) and use cookies or similar technologies. This section does not describe the Chrome extension or desktop app, which do not include our website analytics tools.
Desktop app usage. The desktop client runs locally; we do not operate the same page-view analytics on app usage as on the marketing website. Support emails you send us are handled as described under Communications.
Information from third parties
Third-party accounts (website only, if offered). If a website feature lets you link a third-party account, we may receive an authentication token to authorize that link. Extension and desktop downloads do not require linking social accounts through our site.
Third-party partners. We may receive publicly available information from partners and combine it with data we already hold, typically in connection with website operations or support.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
- Improve our website and download clients
- Understand how visitors use hlsdownloader.com (website analytics)
- Respond to support requests
- Process desktop subscription transactions through Stripe (in the app)
- Find and prevent fraud
Website only: we may send promotional or product-update emails about the site or products where permitted by law; you can opt out as described in Section 9.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information with vendors that help us operate the website, provide support, or process desktop payments (for example Stripe), and as required by law.
Analytics (website only). We use analytics providers such as Microsoft Clarity and Plausible on hlsdownloader.com only. See Microsoft Clarity and Plausible data policy. The OFDownloader browser extension and desktop application do not include these analytics tools.
Other sharing (business transfers, legal requests, with your consent) may apply as described in our historical policy and only to the extent relevant to the service you use.
4. LEGAL BASIS (EEA)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal information when necessary to perform a contract, for legitimate interests (operating the website, support, fraud prevention), with your consent where required, or to comply with law.

We use measures appropriate to the risk of processing your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain information while we have a legitimate business need (for example support or legal obligations), then delete or anonymize it when possible.
