Run these checks in order. Stop when the Download button returns.
Open your extension page

Step 1
Confirm OFDownloader is enabled
Open your browser’s extension page and make sure OFDownloader is turned on.
OFDownloader appears in the extension list and is enabled.
Step 2
Refresh the content page
Return to the page containing the photo or video, then refresh it once. The extension needs to be enabled before the page loads.
The Download control appears after the page finishes loading.
Step 3
Check that the content is accessible
Sign in through the normal website and confirm that the same photo or video can be opened or played by your account.
The media is visible and playable before you try to download it.
Step 4
Test for an extension conflict
Temporarily disable other downloader or content-blocking extensions, refresh the page, and check again. Re-enable them after the test.
If the button returns, enable the other extensions one at a time.

Reinstall the current OFDownloader package. If the problem remains, email support with your browser, operating system, and OFDownloader version. Never send passwords or session cookies.
